Engagement style session in Hanna Park | Jordan + Matt {Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra and St.Augustine engagement & wedding photographer}
Jordan & Matt met through a mutual friend back in 2013 and got married 2 year later. You're asking why would they do an engagement style photoshoot then?!
Here's what Jordan says: "We decided to finally have photos taken since we have been wanting to get them done for the past year. Matthew is leaving for deployment so it is the perfect time to have them done. We want to have something that serves as a reminder for the love we share, even when we aren't in the same hemisphere. "
Matt left for a deployment (literally across the world) 2 days after the photoshoot and he won't be back until after the Christmas. It was very emotional for Jordan to come in my studio for Reveal&Order session just by herself, looking at all these beautiful images, thinking back to these memories when they were together in each others arms...
This is the reason I love what I do - I can create memories that will be cherished forever. Images that you can look at when you're having a really bad day or trying to overcome hard times... or in this case images that will keep Jordan&Matt close to each other while they are thousands of miles away...
